Hello! This is my story.
I have been a trainer for the past 5 years after losing 150lbs in two years of dedication . My own transformation became a fuel for me to help others.
Working out with me will help you decrease risk of heart disease, cardiovascular, and joints pain. Also, working out will make you stronger, strengthen your joints, improve your stamina and flexibility.
