For over 20 years, Ferris has enjoyed enabling students of all ages to realize their dreams of learning to play the piano and excel as musicians. Ferris has also helped choir members improve their musicianship and confidence by teaching them the art of sight singing.
Hello! This is my story.
Ferris Ellen Gluck has worked as a pianist, composer, and piano teacher for over 20 years.
After receiving degrees from UC Berkeley and the New England Conservatory, and completing the Dick Grove Composing and Arranging Program, she began writing music for film and TV and performing jazz at 5-star hotels such as the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, private parties and internationally as a member of show bands on cruise ships. She also has a teaching credential with emphasis on choir K-12 from CSUN and continues to teach private piano lessons to beginning through advanced intermediate students of all ages.
