I find cooking to be a very comforting process and even therapeutic for myself.
Born and raised in Taiwan, I grew up in the culture that’s full of food and home cooking. Learning the basics about ingredients, seasoning and home cooking techniques from my mother since age of 8, my passion for cooking grew from there.
For the past few decades, I have been improving, experimenting and practicing my cooking skills constantly and challenge myself with different cooking techniques, different cultural cuisines, and try to incoporate differnt ingredients.
