This class is for beginners on their healing journey. I will share about the 4 Sacred foods of the Medicine Wheel and how to create a base foods diet. Also known as " grandmother diet".
I support individuals with bringing awareness to the healing benefits of food as medicine. I guide how to prepare,connect and tune into your body and food. Also, guidance on setting a healing intention/declaration as daily practice to support your healing and those around you.
