Circuit Training Fitness
Circuit Fitness is a 45 minute workout combining cardio with resistance training, changing exercises every 90 seconds so you’re improving your strength, fitness and burning loads of
calories at the same time while listening to motivating music.
The requirements of this class include a willingness to work hard, firm, and tone your muscles. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
1. Jump Rope (optional)
2. Yoga Mat or Towel
3. Tall Resistance Bands (recommended)
Can I just enroll in a single course? I'm not interested in the entire Specialization.
This class is more beneficial when participating on a consistent basis. It is recommended for participants to enroll for the duration.
What is Circuit Training?
Circuit training is short bursts of resistance exercise using moderate weights and frequent repetitions , followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group. Because the exerciser switches between muscle groups, no rest is needed between exercises.
