Get Ready for the New You! New Start Lifestyle Seminar
This is a fun, and engaging class where I teach you very important but simple health and wellness principals that will change your life. There are 8 principals that we will explore separately. therefore, it is an eight part class. Several of the components will include active participation or hands on involvement, such as a cooking demonstration or some physical activity. This will keep it exciting and make sure you walk away with your own experience and the know how to keep those positive lifestyle changes coming.
The wellness principals are referred to as getting a "N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T. The acronym stands for:
A open mind. Willing to try something new.
Day 1: Nutrition- I will demonstrate a simple and easy vegan recipe so bring a pen and pad to take notes.
During each class, I will let you know what you will need to bring, if anything, for the next class. Sometimes, this may mean wearing comfortable clothing.
Question 1: Who should attend this class.
Answer 1: Anyone who would like to make a positive difference in his/her health and well-being, from physical to emotional; and who likes to have fun.
Question 2: What if I am on medication?
Answer 2: This class will be great for you too. Just make sure you speak with your Healthcare provider to let them know you may be making some changes in your diet and lifestyle so they can monitor whether you will need to change your medication dosage, etc.
Answer 3:A Healthcare Provider will be teaching this class to share helpful principals that has helped her, but the information shared in this class is not intended to treat any illness, disorder, but is intended for information purposes and each person should consult his/her own Healthcare Provider for specific concerns.
