Which foods are good for your body type?
This class is great for individuals desiring to know more about lifestyle changes and how to care for their bodies.
In this session we will go over body types(dosha) based on ayurveda and identify foods that are beneficial for each body dosha.
I support individuals with bringing awareness to the healing benefits of food as medicine. I guide how to prepare,connect and tune into your body and food. Also, guidance on setting a healing intention/declaration as daily practice to support your healing and those around you.
