Class Description

 

Lets embark on a journey of super food pancakes! In this session, I will share a gluten-free wild rice pancake with maple syrup, infused with a touch of lavender and Berry compote.
I will demonstrate how to prepare this gluten-free pancake. I will share the ingredients list and recipes for each item except the maple syrup at the end of class for you to prepare at your leisure.

I support individuals with bringing awareness to the healing benefits of food as medicine. I guide how to prepare,connect and tune into your body and food.
