We will engage in full body workout to make you stronger, and increase your endurance so that you can easily perform everyday tasks.
Consult your physician before exercising
A non slippery surface, yoga mat or not. Comfortable clothes. If you have dumbbells, yoga ball, or whatever equipment is welcome.
Can beginners join?
Yes. Whether you are familiar with fitness training or not, you can join this class and enjoy.
What if I struggle with a specific exercise?
