Glutes & Guts Fitness Class
G&G training is designed to target your entire body, with an emphasis on abs, thighs, and glutes. The class uses tall resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. All levels welcome.
The requirements of this class include a willingness to work hard, firm, and tone your muscles. Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

If I do not have resistance bands, can I still participate?
Absolutely. In this class I will give instructions for both groups simultaneously. Those with equipment and those that do not have the equipment.
